What They Made This Month

New photos just came in from India. They show this month’s work from the students at the Compassion Tailoring Center. Look closely and you’ll see a handwritten tag on every piece: the name of the woman who made it.

The course wraps up in December. Then, in January, the students will receive free tailoring machines of their own.

That’s the moment this whole course has been building toward. A skill in your hands is a start. A machine of your own means you can put it to work.

At Life Streams, we talk about being “the stick,” whatever someone needs to grow. For these women, the stick is a sewing machine.

We’ll share the January handout here. If you’d like to be part of stories like this one, you can support our missions work today.
